Diverse Curriculum Classrooms
Each of our three classroom spaces is tailored to bring out the various aspects of Kids U’s diverse curriculum. From our Left Brain classroom, which teaches children life skills through a prepared environment, to our Right Brain classroom, which allows children to embrace their creativity, to our Movement room, where children learn everything they need to know to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, the whole child is developed on a daily basis at Kids U Walden.
Partnership For All Ages
The second of our centres to partner with Age Care, our Walden location offers the unique opportunity for young and old to learn from one another. Through simple activities and time together, Kids U students and residents of the Walden Heights Seniors Community work (and play!) together to develop skills and build lasting memories
Water Exploration and Learning
Kids U Walden’s Right Brain classroom offers a brand-new water play area, which fits right in with the Reggio Emilia-inspired method of learning through play. Not only is splashing around with water fun, but it builds the foundation for scientific concepts such as physics (flow and motion), chemistry, biology and even mathematics!

Lynda Mandam
Left Brain Lead Teacher
Lynda Mandam’s passion for being around children and making a difference in their lives was what inspired her to start teaching, which has now blossomed into a 12-year career in the field. Her keen observations of children and their development is an integral part of the learning in Kids U Walden’s Left Brain classroom, where she is a lead teacher. Lynda is an Association Montessori International-certified Montessori teacher, and holds a Masters in Public and Personal Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University in India.
Carol Greaves
Movement Lead Teacher
With a love for the outdoors, marathon running and fantasy football, Carol Greaves is Kids U Walden’s much-loved Movement Lead Teacher. Her career in education has spanned from the development and behavioral side, to Before and After School care, and eventually to early childhood education. Carol has a Child and Youth Care diploma and an Early Childhood Education diploma.
Rosario Reiley
Senior Preschool Right Brain Lead Teacher
Her career in education spanning over 20 years, Rosario Reiley has a particular passion for learning about the brain and all of its wonders. Originally from Venezuela, Rosario holds a teaching degree and a Master’s degree in Education, along with a Montessori certification. Despite the Montessori training, Rosario’s teaching style is Reggio-inspired, and her long tenure of working with children from preschool to high school age, allows her to aid her students in the Senior Preschool Right Brain room to grow with creativity and imagination.
