Thrive in Personalized Spaces
Kids U Bridgeland is split into two separate spaces for the junior infants and the senior infants. Each area is tailor-made to enhance the experiences and aid in the development of the infants, based on their individual stages of development.
Indoor Green Playspace and Gym
Infants will sleep in comfort and ease on our Montessori-inspired floor beds. Along with comfort they will be supplied with an indoor green area for fun and learning plus an indoor gym area to keep their bodies active like their minds and a starlit sleep room for relaxation.
New Outdoor Playground
Outdoor play is integral to nurturing a child’s creative and educational needs. Our state of the art playground will come jam packed with fun, and interesting features that will keep infants social and relaxed so that they can continue to gain a valuable education.

Arvinder Basra
Senior Infants Lead Teacher
Arvinder Basra is Kids U Bridgeland’s highly-trained lead teacher in the Senior Infants program. She started her early learning education career in India, and began her career with Kids U as a Reggio assistant in 2014. With a Master of Arts in Geography, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, as well as more than a decade of experience in child development and teaching, Arvinder’s passion for child psychology lends both cultural and educational diversity to Kids U’s infant programs, and she is a caring presence in the classrooms, much loved by all of her young students.
Taylor Baran
Program Supervisor
Taylor Baran is a graduate from Red Deer College in the Early Childhood program and is originally from Red Deer. She has worked with children from 0-12 and was most recently an Early Childhood manager back in Kelowna. She is intrigued by the various opportunities the Early Childhood field offers for her personal development, the children, and their families. As Program Supervisor at Kids U Bridgeland, Taylor brings a warm, nurturing presence in welcoming the youngest of our littlest learners. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys outdoor adventures.
Makayla Janzen
Junior Infants Lead Teacher
Makayla was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta and made the move to Lethbridge, AB to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. She has always been drawn to children and enjoys engaging with them, leading her to a career in early childhood. Currently, she aids in the development of the Junior Infants at Kids U Bridgeland. She loves to watch how infants learn and engage with their environments and is always very excited to see them reach new developmental milestones.
