Self-Expression, Theatre, Art, Music, and Performance
STAMP – a new Brain Builders program by Kids U that encompasses Self Expression, Theatre, Art, Music, and Performance Art. The focus this week is on performance art – build self-confidence, tap into your inner theatre artist, and explore what you can do on stage! Dress up, pick a character, write a story and share with your new friends as we use our imaginations to create a whole new world!
Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math
Join us for a fun-filled, hands-on STEAM camp - explore, investigate, and experiment using science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM). This exciting camp is designed to inspire, build interest, knowledge, and technical skills. Children will develop critical thinking skills, and become powerful problem solvers while using their creativity, innovation, and imagination.
Yoga & Mindfulness
Our Yoga & Mindfulness camp is designed to help children cultivate flexibility, strength, healthy self-esteem, and develop inner peace. Children will also explore and appreciate the outdoors and all that Mother Nature offers us. This camp combines fun and adventure with yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and human values exploration (including topics such as sustainability, plant-based food production, and promoting a healthy and compassionate lifestyle). In this camp, children will get many opportunities to try new things, be active, build self-confidence, and tune into their bodies and the world around them through breath and movement – all while making some new friends.
