Hailley Green
Program Supervisor
Hailley Green began her career in child care fifteen years ago, working in a variety of roles including parent support, family crisis and providing community resources. It was the birth of her son in 2004 that prompted Hailley to enter the field, as through caring for him she found her passion for aiding in the growth and development of young children. Hailley holds an Early Learning diploma from Mount Royal College, certifications in Play Therapy and Children’s Mental Health, and she regularly participates in ongoing training focusing on trauma and brain development.
Anri Pieterse
Senior Preschool Left Brain Teacher
With almost 30 years of working in the education field, Anri Pieterse’s love for teaching children really began when she was a child herself, playing “teacher” with a classroom full of dolls. Originally from South Africa, Anri obtained a Pre and Elementary teaching degree from the University of Pretoria, then went on to teach in South Africa for 17 years. Following her move to Calgary, Anri continued her educational journey and has been the Lead Teacher in the Senior Preschool Left Brain classroom at Kids U Braeside for the last several years.
Gladylen Trucio
Junior Preschool Left Brain Lead Teacher
Gladylen Trucio has almost a decade of experience working with young children in the field of early childhood education. With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Montessori certifications, Gladylen is inspired daily in her role, as she watches her students grow as responsible and competent learners. As the Left Brain Lead Teacher in Kids U Braeside’s Junior Preschool program, Gladylen uses her Montessori background to help her toddlers develop their skills and learn how to appreciate the world around them.
Alfie Cabrezos
Junior Preschool Right Brain Lead Teacher
Alfie Cabrezos has been active in the field of childcare since graduating from Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines with a degree in Psychology. Following her move to Canada, Alfie obtained her Child Development Worker certificate and began working in various segments of the childcare field. From primary caregiver to dayhome director to toddler and infant teacher, Alfie’s imaginative mind and passion for working with her “mighty learners” has seen her grow into her role as Kids U Braeside’s Junior Preschool Right Brain Lead Teacher.
